2015年株式会社エンジンフイルム、株式会社エンジンプラスを退社
同年、株式会社ストライプスを設立

2006 - Works in video production, mostly for commercials, as production manager. Transferred to Engine Plus. Produces content combining video with interactive features.
2007 - Appointed Producer.
2014 - Appointed Chief Executive Producer at Engine Film Inc. and Engine Plus Inc.
2015 - Resigns from Engine Film Inc. and Engine Plus Inc. and establishes STRIPES Inc.
Productions Endo has worked on have won awards at Asia Pacific Ad Fest, One-Show, the NY Film Festival, NY ADC, the Tokyo Interactive Ad Awards and elsewhere.
