「ちょっと大変な移動の時間を楽しくする、コミュニケーション・ベビーカー」というコンセプトのIoTベビーカーです。毎日のお出掛けの中で赤ちゃんの笑顔を自動的に撮影し、位置情報とともに記録することで、お父さんお母さんはこれまで気付かなかった赤ちゃんのお気に入りの場所を見つけられます。そして、笑顔の写真とともにお出かけの記録を振り返ることができます。アップリカ・チルドレンズプロダクト様のベビーカー“STICK”をベースにした筐体の改造と、iPhone6向けのクローズドアプリケーション開発、ベビーカー向けマイコンの開発を行いました。当社ではプロジェクトマネジメント、テクニカルコーディネート、プロモーションムービー制作を担当。現時点ではプロトタイプですが、2016年度のSXSWへの出品がTODAI TO TEXASを通じて決定いたしました。
The concept behind the IoT baby stroller was to create a “communications stroller that makes the potentially stressful activity of taking a baby out of the house an enjoyable one”. A baby’s smiling face is automatically photographed ? with location information - while on everyday outings. Mom and Dad can now more easily discover their baby’s favorite spots, and view these photos along with the record of the outing. This product is the result of merging a STICK baby stroller, manufactured by Aprica Children’s Products, with an iPhone 6-compatible closed application and microcomputer. STRIPES Inc. oversaw project management, technical coordination and the production of the promotion movie for this product. Although currently a prototype, this product will be on shown at the “Todai to Texas” exhibit at the 2016 South by Southwest event.
